The Refuge on the Ridge began in 2021 with a simple but urgent mission: to create a Christ‑centered place where men could break free from addiction and discover who they are in Jesus. Set on the Ridge in Central Florida at the old Chalet Suzanne, the ministry started as a response to a growing need in our community — men searching for hope, families praying for restoration, and a lack of safe, structured environments where true healing could take place.

From the beginning, the vision was clear - build a refuge away from the chaos and distractions of everyday life. A place where men could slow down, breathe, and confront the battles that have held them captive. A place where transformation wasn’t just an idea - it was possible.

We believe that real regeneration can only happen through an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. Every part of our program is built around discipleship, accountability, and the truth of God’s Word. As men grow in faith, they begin to rebuild their lives, restore relationships, and walk in the freedom God intended for them.

Since 2021, we’ve watched God do what only He can do — heal hearts, break chains, and put families back together, one man and one family at a time. What began as a dream has become a thriving ministry of redemption, hope, and new beginnings.
