My name is Shawn, aka Snoop, and I run Integrity Home Improvement. This is more than a business—it’s the result of a life restored by God’s grace. I came to Refuge on the Ridge looking for recovery and a fresh start, and through the program I found healing, purpose, and a real relationship with Jesus Christ. I’ve served on staff since 2022, helping men walk the same road I once did.

The values I learned at Refuge—faith, integrity, accountability, hard work, and serving others—became the foundation of this company. Every project is an opportunity to honor God through honest work, quality craftsmanship, and excellence.
